November 2022 Retreat "Moving Through Anxiety"

Given that we live in a world of great uncertainty and disturbance, it’s understandable that we would experience anxiety. In this retreat, we drew upon mindfulness, compassion and wisdom to explore and practice ways of working with anxiety so that it does not undermine our well-being.
Our program included meditation, Dhamma talks, chanting, mindful movement and interactive inquiry. This retreat was held within the container of noble silence and was beneficial for people of all backgrounds and levels of experience.
